FXUAE specializes in providing end-to-end forex business setup solutions, brokerage
licensing support, and forex-focused corporate bank account opening services
across the UAE and various international jurisdictions. We help forex brokers, CFD
firms, liquidity providers, and financial trading companies establish successful
operations globally.
We are expanding and seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join
our team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the forex, CFD, and
financial trading industry.

• Promote and sell FXUAE’s services, including:
  o Forex business setup and licensing
  o Forex/CFD brokerage formation
  o International forex bank account opening
  o Regulatory and compliance support
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with forex brokers, startup founders,
  liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans in line with company
  objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, digital channels,
  events, and partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client
  needs.
• Maintain updated CRM records, track leads, and report on sales performance.
• Attend industry events, expos, seminars, and networking activities to promote
  FXUAE’s brand.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Prior experience in forex, CFD trading, financial services, or corporate
  services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of forex licensing, company formation, and banking
  processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UAE free zones and offshore jurisdictions relevant to forex
  licensing.
• Familiarity with international banking for high-risk sectors.
• Existing network within the forex, fintech, or financial services industry.
